It also has modules for compliance with regulations such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
The new version of MDT Autosave v.7 includes a series of interesting improvements that encourage updating from previous versions and are explained below:
Autosave Portal
The Autosave portal is a web platform that supports decision-making and allows users to view all product activity in the plant, such as:
- Results of program comparisons and their details.
- Live monitoring of program versioning activity (date of last change, date of last revision, etc.).
- Agent activity.
- Integration with reports and information management.
- Customizable panel (dashboard).
- On-demand reports.
This information is accessible from a single web interface and customizable by each user. In addition, by using web technology, any device can be used to access it (computers, mobile phones, tablets, embedded controls, etc.).
In the following video, you can see an example of how to use the portal to check program revisions.
New Command Group Editor
A new App has been created that manages the command groups of Autosave. Each group can be configured to be executed in a planned or manual way, where users can:
- Run (on demand) or stop the execution of a group.
- See the last time a group was executed.
- Control which programs in a group should be auto-updated.
- Control how much time should be allocated to a specific task within a group.
In addition, the Apps developed for Autosave v7.x have been developed in modern operating systems and using the .NET v4.7 framework.
