We present the latest version of AVEVA MES 2023!<\/strong><\/p>\n

AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System<\/strong> offers a comprehensive set of software functions to digitize, standardize, optimize, and manage operational processes<\/strong> and work activities in industrial manufacturing plants.<\/p>\n

It manages inventory, plant activities related to production and quality in real time, reduces product safety risks, and measures plant performance to minimize waste and production stoppages.<\/p>\n

This new version aims to standardize operations, implement best practices faster and on a large scale, thereby improving operational efficiency and sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Below, we explain the most notable new features:<\/p>\n

1. Multiple Time Zone Management<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Improved local time management across all sites in different time zones. Shift change based on the site’s time zone. <\/p>\n

2. High Availability Enhancements<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The merging of the MES service with MES Middleware and MES Proxy enhancements provides greater redundancy and application availability for both the local plant and centralized deployments.<\/p>\n

3. Web API<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Web API extensions for quality SPC charts, as well as management related to work orders, jobs, and inventory, to support the upcoming Model Driven release and promote secure access to MES functionality.<\/p>\n

Enhanced password security and encryption, client\/server communication encryption, and new security configuration options.<\/p>\n

5. User Experience Improvements<\/strong><\/h2>\n
