On May 16 and 17, 2019<\/strong>, under the slogan \u201cThe Industry & Infrastructure Digital Transformation Event\u201d<\/strong>, the 8th edition of matcongress will take place, organized by <\/span>Wonderware Iberia<\/strong> and <\/span>Logitek<\/strong>. This time, we will celebrate the event in Portaventura World, Tarragona, which for a few days will be the Wonderware meeting point, a conference to grow together exchanging experiences and knowledge in order to obtain a broader vision of business management and process efficiency in industry and infrastructure. <\/p>\n

Having reached the 8th edition of an event,<\/strong> as is the case with matcongress, we can find several interpretations. On the one hand, we are already talking about a consolidated event, which has overcome the initial momentum of the first few years and is beginning to be a benchmark in its field, the management of industries and infrastructures<\/strong> or what we call \u201creal time management\u201d.<\/p>\n

Another interpretation, the other side of the coin, the expectations and knowledge of it that our clients and the sector in general already have, stimulates us to take each new edition as a challenge\u2026 we are \u201cobliged\u201d to surprise our attendees with the most current, useful and enjoyable content.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The most notable aspect of this new matcongress 2019 is the three tracks organized as “breakout sessions”<\/b> that will combine the presentation of solutions with success stories implemented in real clients. Two of these tracks will alternate solutions and sectors, and the third will be dedicated exclusively to Asset Performance Management (<\/b>APM), the family of software solutions for asset maintenance. <\/span><\/p>\n

On the first day, May 16, the presentation of the event will be given by Josu Ugarte, President of Schneider Electric for Spain and Portugal<\/strong>, who will talk about the challenges of digitalization in industry and infrastructure management.<\/p>\n

The magnitude and influence of an event is measured both by the quantity and quality of its attendees and by the relevance of its sponsors<\/a>. We will have Aveva, Schneider Electric and Microsoft, also with Kepware, Hitachi, Fox IT and Procentec<\/strong> among many others. <\/p>\n

And as is customary beyond the main presentations and keynotes, the Expo Zone,<\/strong> a space with a double function, the exhibition of the main new Wonderware products<\/strong> and the rest of the sponsors and, on the other hand, to serve as a space for connection and networking for the exchange of experiences, knowledge and the confluence of synergies between all attendees.<\/p>\n
