INAEM in<\/strong> <b>Zaragoza,<\/b> and with the invaluable collaboration of the <strong>IDIA association (Research, Development and Innovation in Aragon),<\/strong> this conference took place within the <strong>#MATevents<\/strong> framework, entitled <strong>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.matcongress.com\/matconference-jornada-idia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Emerging threats and deployment of countermeasures in industrial environments and critical infrastructures<\/a>.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Conference was developed around <strong>two main sessions<\/strong> that took place after an initial presentation by <strong>Francesc Volt\u00e1, Sales Director of Logitek.<\/strong> These were given by <strong>Fernando Sevillano,<\/strong> <span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><strong>Industrial Cybersecurity Manager of Logitek,<\/strong> in the first of which, entitled <em>Industrial cybersecurity: Emerging threats and risk management<\/em>, the main<\/span> differences between <strong>IT and OT cybersecurity<\/strong> were discussed, as well as the main <strong>threats and vulnerabilities<\/strong> that we find in the industry when we talk about cybersecurity.<\/p>\n<p>The second, which addressed <em><strong>Industrial cybersecurity from its regulatory framework<\/strong><\/em>, focused on countermeasures and their application in Industry 4.0: Issues related to the PIC Law and industrial cybersecurity, risk management and the main countermeasures to reduce vulnerabilities were discussed.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the session closed with an interesting <strong>round table<\/strong> open to questions from attendees, which was very enriching and where different points of view were given by various industrial
