The final product is obtained from the gelatin attached to pig skin and thanks to the application of a series of chemical processes. The project seeks to improve the odor of the product.  <\/p>\n<p>Automation of this new demineralization process, and its integration within the plant&#8217;s production control system. Abundant and complex control loops. Historization of critical process values, as well as operator actions.
