Endesa is the largest electricity company in Spain, the leading private electricity company in Latin America, and maintains a solid presence in the European Mediterranean arc market. As one of the main Spanish listed companies, the multinational continues to firmly commit to growth as a way to provide value to society and its investors. <\/p>\n
In the period 2011-2015, Endesa approved a strategic plan with investments adapted to market conditions, allocating 53% to Spain and Portugal and 47% to Latin America. This strategy allowed the company to balance its growth in mature and emerging markets, generating a positive impact both locally and internationally. <\/p>\n
In addition to the electricity generation, distribution, and commercialization services, Endesa has continued to develop its presence in the Spanish natural gas market, reaffirming its commitment to the diversification and sustainability of its operations.<\/p>\n
Because in the midst of all that strategic growth, Endesa is also committed to technological innovation to optimize its internal processes. An example of this is the modernization of the Ferrol Port Terminal, where the implementation of a control system allowed a more efficient management of resources and a significant improvement in logistics processes. <\/p>\n
