Three modes of operation in a single device<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Ixxat CAN@net NT can be used as a PC interface, as a CAN-Ethernet-CAN bridge, or as a CAN Ethernet gateway, all in a single device.<\/p>\n

PC operation mode with VCI driver support<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Ixxat VCI driver package enables easy integration into PC-based Ixxat applications and customer-specific programs. Ideal for configuration, analysis, and maintenance. <\/p>\n

The bridge operation allows for the expansion of the CAN system.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The bridge mode allows easy message exchange between CAN systems, also via Ethernet, to configure tree or star topologies or to allow long-range communication.<\/p>\n

CAN Ethernet gateway for flexible access<\/strong><\/p>\n

In gateway mode, the device can be accessed independently of the operating system or platform, using a simple ASCII protocol via a TCP\/IP socket.<\/p>\n

Cost savings thanks to simple cabling<\/strong><\/p>\n

Optimized topologies allow for simpler wiring, resulting in fewer cables and cost savings in installation and maintenance.<\/p>\n
