O conceito Digital Twin<\/strong> define-se, com mais ou menos exatid\u00e3o, como a representa\u00e7\u00e3o virtual de objetos, ativos, instala\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> ou sistemas durante o seu ciclo de vida, utilizando a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de dados destes para entend\u00ea-los, aprender sobre eles e, finalmente, prever o seu comportamento.<\/p>\n

No Facility Management<\/strong><\/a>, implementar o Digital Twin<\/strong> \u00e9 especialmente interessante. Principalmente pelo que representa uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o, como funciona e como afeta o bem-estar das pessoas que ali trabalham, vivem ou a transitam. No entanto, ganha ainda mais valor se a Facility for formada, por sua vez, por m\u00faltiplas instala\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> ou \u00e1reas distribu\u00eddas, o acesso n\u00e3o \u00e9 simples, dispor de um Digital Twin permitir\u00e1 trabalhar com o modelo para testar como \u00e9 afetada perante diferentes mudan\u00e7as ou cen\u00e1rios antes de os realizar. <\/p>\n

O retorno de investir nisso observa-se facilmente<\/strong>, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 em conforto, mas tamb\u00e9m economicamente. Com um modelo de simula\u00e7\u00e3o id\u00f3neo, poder\u00e1 encontrar-se a melhor maneira de enfocar opera\u00e7\u00f5es e processos para encontrar as rotas \u00f3timas de a\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m se poder\u00e3o prever a\u00e7\u00f5es antes que uma falha ou um problema ocorra. <\/p>\n

Para chegar a isso, necessita-se de uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de hardware e software focado em adquirir dados em tempo real, transform\u00e1-los em informa\u00e7\u00e3o e trat\u00e1-los da maneira adequada para construir o modelo. <\/p>\n

Por isso, pode resumir-se que s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias solu\u00e7\u00f5es a estes tr\u00eas n\u00edveis:<\/p>\n

1. Sensoriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong>
Sob o paradigma de IoT, as solu\u00e7\u00f5es de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de dados evolu\u00edram para um n\u00edvel superior. Atualmente, existem ferramentas capazes de adquirir qualquer tipo de par\u00e2metro f\u00edsico,<\/strong> sem alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e, inclusive, instalado em exteriores diretamente, ambientes explosivos, submersos ou com altos n\u00edveis de p\u00f3, para logo envi\u00e1-lo de maneira segura para onde se desejar.
Implementando estas solu\u00e7\u00f5es, poder\u00e1 complementar-se o que j\u00e1 se conhece da Facility com os dados que atualmente n\u00e3o se est\u00e3o a obter \u2013 equipamentos, salas, ativos, \u2026 -. <\/p>\n

2. Tratamento correto dos dados<\/strong>
Muito importante a n\u00edvel de campo e a n\u00edvel de sistemas. A n\u00edvel de campo, necessita-se de um primeiro filtro da informa\u00e7\u00e3o a montante. \u00c9 muito importante saber que nem todos os dados gerados no ambiente f\u00edsico s\u00e3o informa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fatil nem t\u00eam a mesma prioridade. Ainda que existam numerosas plataformas de visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de vari\u00e1veis, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 tantas com capacidade de tratar o volume de informa\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria \u2013 centenas de milhares ou milh\u00f5es de pontos \u2013 em tempo real ou historizada. Al\u00e9m disso, dever\u00e1 ser capaz de aplicar a anal\u00edtica necess\u00e1ria para apresentar os cen\u00e1rios supostos, ou seja, necessita de ter uma camada de Business Inteligence potente<\/strong>. Por \u00faltimo, mas n\u00e3o menos importante, esta plataforma deve ser capaz de trabalhar com outros modelos de informa\u00e7\u00e3o do setor que se integrar\u00e3o no Digital Twin. Concretamente, n\u00e3o se coloca utilizar uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o que n\u00e3o se integre com modelos BIM ou com informa\u00e7\u00e3o geoposicionada. <\/p>\n
