Isso implica que quem deve gerir a press\u00e3o da flexibilidade do stock \u00e9 o TIER-1. <\/p>\n<p>Uma das <strong>premissas do JIT<\/strong> \u00e9 minimizar o stock. Por isso, <strong>uma empresa TIER-1<\/strong> disp\u00f5e sempre de uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3xima das instala\u00e7\u00f5es do fabricante, uma vez que necessita de baixos tempos de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o. Esta instala\u00e7\u00e3o pode ou n\u00e3o ter fun\u00e7\u00f5es de produ\u00e7\u00e3o do produto a fornecer, mas com toda a certeza tem a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de armaz\u00e9m log\u00edstico.  <\/p>\n<p>Qualquer empresa do <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/becolve.com\/pt-pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/gobierno-india-smart-cities-1.jpg\">setor do Auxiliar do Autom\u00f3vel<\/a><\/strong> deve prestar um servi\u00e7o excelente aos seus clientes, uma vez que, a n\u00edvel mundial, tem apenas pouco mais de uma dezena de poss\u00edveis clientes potenciais. N\u00e3o se podem permitir falhas. O <strong>armaz\u00e9m log\u00edstico<\/strong> tem uma import\u00e2ncia cr\u00edtica, uma vez que aos olhos do cliente \u00e9 o ponto de aprovisionamento, pelo que uma falha nesta instala\u00e7\u00e3o tem dif\u00edcil resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.  <\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 h\u00e1 algum tempo que a <strong>automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o se demonstrou uma grande ajuda para a gest\u00e3o de armaz\u00e9ns<\/strong>, com isso reduziram-se os tempos de resposta com produ\u00e7\u00f5es menores, minimizando esfor\u00e7os e falhas de rastreabilidade. No entanto, esta evolu\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m acarreta os seus riscos, contar com maquinaria e dispositivos implica que, perante qualquer comportamento imprevisto, se deve poder investigar o que est\u00e1 a acontecer e como voltar ao estado anterior. <\/p>\n<p>Esta falta de conhecimento do estado da instala\u00e7\u00e3o tem um <strong>especial risco num TIER-1<\/strong> pelo que foi dito anteriormente. Se n\u00e3o se dispuser das ferramentas adequadas, qualquer problema em dispositivos ou sistemas que n\u00e3o se resolva com uma substitui\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>pode acarretar descoordena\u00e7\u00f5es ou atrasos<\/strong> que levem ao incumprimento com o cliente. Por isso, para poder assegurar um excelente n\u00edvel de servi\u00e7o automatizado, aconselha-se sempre dispor de:  <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5852\" src=\"https:\/\/becolve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/motor.jpg\" alt=\"externaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de fun\u00e7\u00f5es dos construtores de autom\u00f3veis \" width=\"800\" height=\"400\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Conhecimento das comunica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As comunica\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o uma parte do sistema que est\u00e1 ligada a todos os dispositivos em geral e a nenhum em concreto, com o qual, se derem problemas, \u00e9 sempre dif\u00edcil rastrear por onde v\u00eam. Atualmente, as comunica\u00e7\u00f5es mais utilizadas a n\u00edvel de armaz\u00e9ns s\u00e3o os <a href=\"https:\/\/becolve.com\/pt-pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/information.jpg\"><strong>buses de campo Profibus e Profinet.<\/strong><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Paradoxalmente, embora o seu uso seja massivo, <strong>o conhecimento sobre eles em caso de problemas \u00e9 escasso<\/strong>. Dispor de ferramentas de an\u00e1lise cont\u00ednua e de diagn\u00f3stico r\u00e1pido, juntamente com o conhecimento sobre a tecnologia, \u00e9 considerado imprescind\u00edvel para assegurar o seu correto uso e antecipar os poss\u00edveis problemas que podem surgir nestas redes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Possibilidade de Fast Recovery dos controladores<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Um alto n\u00edvel de automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o implica ter muitos <strong>controladores ou PLCs<\/strong> pelo armaz\u00e9m que gerem as opera\u00e7\u00f5es e coordenam os demais dispositivos.<\/p>\n<p>Da mesma forma que as comunica\u00e7\u00f5es, uma falha destes n\u00e3o se recupera com uma substitui\u00e7\u00e3o. Habitualmente, <strong>num armaz\u00e9m log\u00edstico apresentam-se dois tipos de falhas nos PLCs<\/strong>.  :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>O primeiro \u00e9 que <strong>\u2018algu\u00e9m\u2019 modificou o programa<\/strong> e este tem falhas ou erros, nesse momento deve-se voltar \u00e0 programa\u00e7\u00e3o anterior e ou n\u00e3o se tem guardada ou n\u00e3o se documentou que altera\u00e7\u00f5es foram realizadas.<\/li>\n<li>O segundo problema cl\u00e1ssico \u00e9 que <strong>o PLC avaria e \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio instalar outro<\/strong> com o programa que estava a correr no avariado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Em ambos os casos, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o passa por <strong>dispor de um sistema de gest\u00e3o de backups<\/strong> com capacidade de detetar altera\u00e7\u00f5es nos pr\u00f3prios programas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dispor de um HMI com as possibilidades atuais<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nem todas as \u00e1reas de um armaz\u00e9m (cais de carga e descarga, picking, armazenagem, pedidos, manipula\u00e7\u00e3o, expedi\u00e7\u00e3o, \u2026) t\u00eam o mesmo grau de automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o, mas <strong>parte do trabalho \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que seja manual<\/strong>. No entanto, todo o processo deve estar coordenado perfeitamente. Por isso, nas zonas de trabalho manual devem-se utilizar <strong>ferramentas que permitam integrar a informa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> destas com o sistema de gest\u00e3o integral do armaz\u00e9m e, por sua vez, permitir um m\u00e9todo de intera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e1gil e intuitivo entre o painel e o oper\u00e1rio. <\/p>\n<p>Esta fun\u00e7\u00e3o tem sido coberta tradicionalmente pelos <strong>HMIs<\/strong>, mas estes <strong>j\u00e1 deixaram de ser um ecr\u00e3 isolado onde apenas se podem mostrar<\/strong> dados sem quase capacidade de l\u00f3gica. Atualmente, existem potentes ferramentas que se enquadram perfeitamente com as necessidades de um armaz\u00e9m log\u00edstico. <\/p>\n<p>A um HMI local, <strong>um TIER-1 deve exigir<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ser padr\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Com capacidade de integrar-se com uma variedade de PLCs e tamb\u00e9m de sistemas de gest\u00e3o e BBDD.<\/li>\n<li>Visualmente potente<\/li>\n<li>com capacidade de l\u00f3gica para enviar alarmes ou reagir perante um evento<\/li>\n<li>se poss\u00edvel, que permita ser o mais reutiliz\u00e1vel poss\u00edvel para poder instal\u00e1-lo nos diferentes armaz\u00e9ns da empresa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dispor deste tipo de solu\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o s\u00f3 evita incid\u00eancias, como tamb\u00e9m <strong>consolida a automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o do armaz\u00e9m<\/strong> de tal forma que, ao serem as incid\u00eancias menores, o pr\u00f3prio stock interno tamb\u00e9m se poder\u00e1 diminuir, com as vantagens econ\u00f3micas que isto comporta. Indo um passo mais al\u00e9m, dispor-se-\u00e1 de toda a informa\u00e7\u00e3o bem armazenada para poder <strong>incorporar ferramentas de BigData<\/strong> e antecipar as necessidades do cliente ou os
