Desta forma, as empresas, cons\u00f3rcios e utilizadores finais n\u00e3o ter\u00e3o de ser membros da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o OPC.<\/p>\n<p>Esta estrat\u00e9gia deixa clara a inten\u00e7\u00e3o da <strong>Funda\u00e7\u00e3o OPC de conseguir que a OPC se torne um padr\u00e3o,<\/strong> n\u00e3o s\u00f3 na ind\u00fastria, mas em todos os setores em que \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma troca fi\u00e1vel e segura de dados entre dispositivos e sistemas. Estou-me a referir, efetivamente, \u00e0 Internet das Coisas, onde as quantidades de dados a transportar podem ser ingentes. <\/p>\n<p>Ao disponibilizar as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de OPC-UA, <strong>todos os interessados poder\u00e3o testar e conhecer o poder de OPC-UA<\/strong> e o que pode fazer para a interoperabilidade segura e fi\u00e1vel para mover dados e informa\u00e7\u00f5es entre os sistemas embebidos e a nuvem.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 evidente que, nestes momentos, estamos numa situa\u00e7\u00e3o em que o mundo da IoT abrir\u00e1 novas oportunidades para as empresas e que est\u00e3o a ser definidos v\u00e1rios protocolos para o transporte de dados, como <strong>MQTT, CoAP, servi\u00e7os REST<\/strong>, etc. E a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o OPC n\u00e3o quer deixar passar esta oportunidade de converter a OPC num desses padr\u00f5es. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o s\u00f3 deixou o acesso livre \u00e0s suas especifica\u00e7\u00f5es, como est\u00e1 a participar ativamente em iniciativas de <strong>Internet das Coisas e Ind\u00fastria 4.0<\/strong>, tentando promover a sua arquitetura orientada a servi\u00e7os e o seu modelo de informa\u00e7\u00e3o. Para tal, criou um grupo de trabalho para expandir a plataforma e que inclua m\u00e9todos <strong>Publish-Subscribe e suporte para TSN (Times Sensitive Networks),<\/strong> permitindo \u00e0 OPC-UA adaptar-se \u00e0s altas velocidades e suportando um tempo real determinado. Estas melhorias far\u00e3o da OPC-UA a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de comunica\u00e7\u00f5es entre dispositivos e aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de diferentes fabricantes
