Code of Ethics and Conduct of Becolve Digital

The Code of Ethics and Conduct of Becolve Digital, S.A. constitutes the formal expression of the values and principles that govern the conduct of the company and the individuals belonging to its organizational structure in the development of its social activity, with the aim of achieving a universally accepted corporate ethics.

It should, therefore, become a guide that inspires all actions carried out in the name of Becolve or that are performed within this organization. All company decisions, as well as the interpretation of the remaining internal regulations, procedures, and protocols, will have the provisions of this code as their starting point.

There are mandatory rules that may incorporate, in whole or in part, some of the principles of this Code, but Becolve’s intention in approving it is to go beyond what the rules establish and to respect and demand its compliance regardless of what current regulations may stipulate at any given time.

This Ethical Code is of an imperative nature, and its provisions are directly and mandatorily applicable in Becolve.
