OASYS, Part of Accenture, is a company with more than 20 years of experience providing industrial automation solutions for the industry, mainly in regulated sectors such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage.
Currently, OASYS has more than 80 employees, between the Barcelona and Madrid offices, dedicated to implementing solutions that help our clients increase the productivity and quality of their processes.

Automation of the manufacturing, cleaning, and sterilization process, optimizing the use of CIP/SIP units for the different tanks through a BATCH system.

Renovation of the plant supervision and control system with a new architecture, design, and a new set of supervision and control libraries. The implementation strategy was defined, as well as the GMP documentation for the entire project. The implementation was carried out in phases without affecting production, replacing the existing supervision and control system. The supervision and control system was validated in compliance with 21 CFR/11 of the FDA. Great improvements were obtained at the graphic, functional, and system stability levels.
