At Becolve Digital S.A (hereinafter, “Becolve Digital”), we are aware of the importance of current regulations regarding privacy and data protection. In this sense, we attach great importance to protecting the security, integrity, veracity, and confidentiality of the data provided by our clients and users, acting responsibly and transparently in this regard. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, “The Policy”) is intended to inform you about how we collect, process, and protect personal data. It also specifies the purpose of the data collected as well as the purposes for which they may be used, through www.becolve.com (hereinafter, “the Platforms”) or by any other means such as telephone, email, or postal mail.

Becolve Digital, as co-controllers of the processing of your data, state that an attempt has been made to provide a description of this Policy that is as simple and clear as possible. We are very aware that your privacy is important, so we recommend that you read our Policy and contact us if you have any questions. Our Policy applies to all services offered by Becolve Digital, but excludes those services that are subject to independent privacy policies that do not incorporate this Policy.

Scope of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to data provided by our clients or suppliers, persons requesting information, users of our web pages (www.becolve.com), job applicants, or third parties with whom we may interact and whose data are necessary for the development of our activity. What information do we collect?

We collect personal information such as your first and last name, telephone number and email address, address, company, position in the company, when you request information. We also collect information that your web browser sends us automatically each time you visit one of our web pages to analyze and improve your user experience and the overall quality of our services. For how long do we keep your data?

If you maintain a commercial relationship with us, the data you have provided for this purpose will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained and for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. Otherwise, your data will be kept until you request the cessation of activity. If you are a candidate for a job, the data you have provided to us for this purpose will be kept until the job is awarded or until you exercise your right of cancellation. If you do not exercise your right of cancellation within 3 years, your data will be automatically canceled once this period has elapsed.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

Our Privacy Policy may be modified at any time.
