I AI and Machine Learning (Predictive Analytics).

When the asset deviates from the expected behavior, warnings and alarms will be generated indicating that the asset is deviating from its expected operation, in addition to prescriptive actions in which the system will advise you what you should do. With these warnings, cases can be studied and anticipated to more serious asset failures. In this way, situations that cause long unplanned asset shutdowns can be prevented.
The platform consists of AI algorithms and advanced analytics specialized in improving energy efficiency, quality prediction, increased production, increased asset availability, asset reliability, and asset lifecycle extension.
I EAM Interface.
With the module EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Interface, a Maintenance Management and Asset Management Software (CMMS) can be integrated into Insight. With this interface, alarms based on condition can be triggered. And you can also link the data captured in Insight with the assets defined in the EAM (CMMS). In addition, with the alerts detected in Insight, Work Orders or Maintenance Work Order Requests can be automatically generated in the EAM software.
I BI Gateway.
With the BI Gateway module, Business Intelligence functionalities are integrated into Insight. These functionalities allow capturing information from different data sources and correlating them with each other. In this way, the information is contextualized. On the other hand, to make access to the data faster, the server integrates the data into a simplified data structure that brings together the information from all sources. With this information, KPIs can be obtained more quickly.
I Asset Library.
The Asset Library module will allow you to evaluate and share the good practices that are applied in your organization. This module contains a set of specific asset libraries that help you free up resources, optimize asset performance, and address inconsistent or incomplete data. In short, it will allow you to get the most out of your assets.
I Operational Performance.
The Operational Performance functionality will allow you to increase the utilization of assets and their efficiency. Showing you very clearly the utilization states of your assets and performing a calculation of the OEE (Availability, Performance and Quality) of your manufacturing lines and your machines.
It will allow you to easily identify the areas that require improvement and find the root cause that prevents the assets from operating at their maximum performance.
