We have already announced this in previous articles such as the one entitled “The Smart City and the Internet of Things”. The LOGITEK business unit “Creating Smart Cities” expands its portfolio of technological solutions for Smart Cities in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT) with SIGFOX.
SIGFOX is the first cellular network operator to provide a tailor-made solution for the Internet of Things and M2M applications. Using UNB (Ultra Narrow Band), and based on radio technology, it facilitates a global connectivity solution thanks to an ambitious collaboration program with cellular network operators. In addition, there are no additional costs linked to the geographical location or configuring a network for a specific location.
At this moment LOGITEK is part of the ecosystem of facilitators of SIGFOX ReadyTM solutions and we are expanding our data collection and real-time analysis (Wonderware) solutions with the new SIGFOX connectivity.
