HAL Allergy Group is one of the leading specialists in allergen immunotherapy in Europe. For more than six decades, the company has been researching and producing various allergen extracts for therapeutic and diagnostic purposes at its two state-of-the-art facilities in the Leiden Bio Science Park (Netherlands).
In 2008, the company had several programs to manage its daily maintenance processes, with some tasks recorded in Excel and Access, which made it difficult to monitor all asset-related data. Therefore, it required an integrated EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) solution capable of managing the various assets from a single platform. This is precisely what IFS Ultimo offered, which, in addition to the functionalities necessary to complete optimal maintenance, added a high level of customization.
Among other benefits, the company now has essential documentation at its disposal to easily demonstrate to auditors that tasks have been performed by authorized personnel. A clear advantage in a sector where regulatory compliance is a major concern.
