The Milesight CT101-868M is a non-invasive smart current transformer that allows highly accurate RMS current measurements up to 100 A using a quick-installation clamp without cutting the power to the line. It adds real-time detection capability with 3.3 kHz sampling and automatic watt-hour calculation every second to provide detailed energy usage analysis. It is self-powered from the circuit under measurement, avoiding the need for batteries or external cables and reducing maintenance. It also includes an indicator LED that alerts to operating status or overcurrent and allows alarm thresholds to be configured via USB-C interface or remote commands. It uses LoRaWAN® wireless communication compatible with standard networks, offering a range of up to 15 km in rural environments and about 2 km in urban environments, and easily integrates into IoT platforms for monitoring, automation and energy saving. Its compact and modular design facilitates placement in small spaces and makes it a robust solution for controlling electricity consumption, detecting faults or preventing overloads efficiently and safely.
