The Milesight EM300-SLD-868M is a compact conductivity-based leak detection sensor, designed for outdoor use with IP67 protection. The Milesight EM300-SLD-868M Spot Leak Detection Sensor is a stand-alone, waterproof (IP67) outdoor device that detects conductive liquid leaks upon contact with its 1.5 m probe (corresponding to a liquid level of around 5 mm). It also integrates temperature and humidity sensors to provide additional environmental information and transmit alarms and data via LoRaWAN® (supporting standard mode and Milesight D2D) with long range and low power consumption. It features retransmission capability to ensure data delivery and local storage of up to 2,800 records that cannot be deleted locally, guaranteeing traceability. Configuration is quick via NFC with mobile ToolBox app, and it has a replaceable 4,000 mAh battery (8,000 mAh option for longer autonomies) which, under typical operating conditions (10-minute interval and 24 activations per day), allows for more than 10 years of operation in EU868 with SF7. The sensor is designed with flame-retardant ABS and PC materials, supports extreme temperatures from -30 °C to +70 °C, and is easily installed with screws, 3M tape, or plastic flanges in critical locations such as basements, wineries, conduits, or water-vulnerable areas, making it a reliable, durable, and remote solution for ensuring early leak detection and preventing damage.
