TX20ETH is no longer available; it has been replaced by the fully compatible WindETH Anemometer. The name had to be changed so that it was not linked to a specific sensor.
TX20ETH is an Ethernet anemometer capable of measuring wind speed and direction. It is connected directly to a computer network (Ethernet). The measured data can be processed automatically or by operational personnel. The wind speed and direction are displayed on the internal web interface. When limits are exceeded, TX20ETH can notify the operator by email.
For automatic operation and processing, TX20ETH is capable of communicating via a data channel via TCP, using the SNMP and MODBUS TCP protocols. It can also send messages to a remote server using simple HTTP GET requests. TX20ETH values and configuration are easily accessible even in XML format.
The sensor configuration is done through the web interface. Help is available for all parameters.

- Wind direction measurement: 16 positions within the full range of 360°.
- It is possible to use a standard mechanical sensor.
