A batch manufacturing recipe system (Batch) was implemented in a redundant high-availability environment.
AVEVA Solutions: AVEVA Batch
The manufacturing kitchens for baby food were automated, standardizing the recipes and the production process. Additionally, production and product traceability reports were generated.

A plant energy management system was implemented, collecting data from the different plant meters to optimally manage energy. The operation of the transformed energies, refrigeration compressors, steam boilers, air compressors, and air conditioning was also automated.
