Migration of the control system to System Platform.
The client had InTouch for plant control, the entire system was migrated to the System Platform.
Keepserver software was included for communication with the different control systems and intelligent field devices.
Own libraries were developed for the control and visualization of all equipment and factory processes.
A recipe control was also included for the production of the different formulas that are produced, the formulation data is integrated by communication between SQL with the ERP.
AVEVA Solutions: System Platform
Using Aveva tools,
We use PI System, Software where we “build” our factory, either by areas of different machines…etc, through what we are going to call “Structures”. With it, the different areas of the plaza are defined, identifying the sensors of each one and the network categories to which they belong to, and from there, indicate the KPIs.
We use PI Visio to visualize what has been developed with PI System. Here, each component of our factory (or factories) is visualized and we can collect behavior trends.
This project is used to acquire own knowledge of the factory and to be able to analyze improvements and comparisons between plants.
