ELECTRÉN, S.A. is a TRACKS AND CONSTRUCTION company, which in turn belongs to the ACS business group, a leading company in the development of infrastructure in the areas of civil and industrial engineering.

ELECTRÉN specializes in energy systems for railways: overhead contact lines, traction substations, and infrastructure for the transformation and distribution of electrical energy; from project conception to operation and maintenance.

The highly qualified human team and the fleet of own and specific machinery make it possible to offer engineering, construction, and maintenance solutions for any railway traction project.

In 2013, ELECTRÉN celebrated 25 years of activity, which began with the transformation substation project for the first Spanish high-speed line: the AVE Madrid-Seville. During these years, ELECTRÉN has participated in the main railway developments in the country: high speed, high speed, conventional lines, metropolitan and urban trams, becoming a key supplier for operators.
