Keyland SdG is a technology company founded in 2008, specializing in digitalization, mobile robotics, and Industry 4.0. Its team possesses extensive knowledge of the entire industrial process, experience in software and hardware, and the ability to integrate different technologies. We are experts in integrating robotics solutions and information systems for industrial plants. We digitalize and automate by implementing robot fleets, production control technologies, process monitoring and optimization, manufacturing planning, warehouse management, and remote support.

The company is 50% owned by Antolin and 50% by Softtek, and has work centers in Burgos, Valladolid, and Madrid.

• INDUSTRIAL SOFTWARE
  We have a team with more than 15 years of experience implementing digital tools for the control and management of plant operations: MES/MOM, CMMS maintenance systems, WMS warehouse management systems, advanced planning with APS, etc. Additionally, we implement the Digital OEE solution to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of production in real time.
• MOBILE ROBOTICS
  We implement mobile robotics solutions that replace traditional forklifts operated by humans with autonomous vehicles for transporting cargo within the plant and in the warehouse. We not only offer AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), but also autonomous forklifts for transport at height, AGVs for transfer from one specific location to another fixed location, as well as on-board robots.
• 4INDUST SOLUTIONS
  We have developed a suite of specific software for Industry 4.0 that we have called 4INDUST. In it, we include several applications. K-ISS is a middleware for the interconnection of information systems (ERP, MES-MOM, CMMS, WMS, etc.) with the robotics part. Digital Process is a software for digitizing industrial processes and associated information. Remote is a remote support application for plant operators.
• SAP
  We offer a variety of SAP services and solutions: ECC, Suite on HANA, S/4HANA, integrations, upgrades, migrations, and training. We are specialists in Digital Manufacturing, SAP Fiori, SAP Leonardo, Machine Learning & AI. We have developed our own solutions such as KEY©SAP to improve production and logistics processes in SAP. In addition, we integrate SAP with robotics solutions and 4.0 technology.
