AVEVA Teamwork is a Software as a Service (SaaS) that reinvents the management and development of worker skills. Through an interface similar to an ‘Industrial Social Network’, it motivates workers to share information and collaborate in improving the company’s operations, while developing their skills and training in a more efficient, fast, and autonomous way.

All the knowledge and good practices of the workers are reflected and recorded for future use by the company and other workers.
In this way, AVEVA Teamwork becomes a tool that automatically captures and classifies the knowledge of the workers that is usually transmitted orally and informally among the workers. Workers connect through a very intuitive application to perform tasks, achieve learning objectives, identify and manage problems, and capture and document standard work procedures.
