Be registered in the “Global Customer Support”
Be registered in the “Global Customer Support” https://softwaresupport.aveva.com with the e-mail account of the company to which it belongs and have the access code to this website. When registering on the support website, in the USER TYPE section, select the SYSTEM INTEGRATOR option, and in the Primary Product Line of Interest for Support website access section, select AVEVA.
