MATcongress 2017, Wonderware in the Era of Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things

The new edition of the Meet&Talk Wonderworld Congress 2017 is approaching, and we are already fully involved in its organization to ensure that Matcongress® is once again a success and everything goes as expected on March 16 and 17 in Zaragoza. In this new edition, the chosen theme “All around Wonderware: The Industrial Internet of Things Congress 2017” is sufficiently explicit and descriptive about what we will see and hear there.

The Wonderware technology has been consolidated and implemented in very diverse projects in the fields of industry and critical infrastructures around the world. If we take a look at what is behind the labels “Industrial Internet of Things” or “Industry 4.0”, we can consider it the technology that fills these terms with meaning and content. Wonderware has been in the information management and real-time operations software market for years, synchronizing companies’ industrial operations with their business objectives. Therefore, aligning Wonderware with IIoT in the same motto seems more like a logical consequence than a purpose.

Focusing on the congress itself, we will structure it again around the format that gave us such good results in 2015:

• Matcongress® will bring together the best experts to talk about the latest Wonderware technology, and solutions for IIoT and Industry 4.0. The presentations will be divided into two tracks, “All Around Wonderware Software” and ” All Around Industrial Internet of Things”.
• Matcongress® has had the best firms related to Real Time Management in all its editions. In the Congress Expo Area, the ideal conditions will be created to present all the novelties and experiences. In addition, some hours will also be scheduled so that all possible synergies arise between the attendees: end users, integrators, manufacturers and experts will be able to exchange concerns and share the best solutions.
• As a culmination of the first day, there will be a gala dinner with recreational activity and a closing Keynote with a relevant speaker in the business world.
