During the first months of 2023, as Becolve Digital, we have highlighted the importance of relationships. For this reason, we have decided to update our Partner Program to take it to the next level. We want to strengthen our collaboration, increase our knowledge, and achieve even more ambitious goals together. In short, it’s the perfect time to take the next step!

Welcome to the EXPERT PARTNER PROGRAM (EPP)!

As everyone already knows, the program started on January 1, 2023. It not only includes all the benefits of the previous program, but also includes new advantages that we will explain below:

Types of Becolve Digital Partners

To begin, the new Partner Program contemplates an equivalence between the levels of the previous program and the new one:

The PROFESSIONAL level is equivalent to the old Registered Integrator. On the other hand, the ELITE level is equivalent to the old ArchestrA Integrator.

And finally, a new level is added: ESSENTIAL. Each of the levels was designed so that all our partners can find the one that best suits their needs:

EPP Essential

Partners who develop projects through Becolve Digital solutions sporadically. Partners highly specialized in carrying out Edge projects, such as OEMs, small BMS, or installations, etc.

EPP Professional

Partners who develop projects through Becolve Digital solutions on a regular basis, with products or solutions from various fields and lines of business.
Partners who require a higher level of service, agile access to an extensive knowledge base of the solutions we provide, and reduced support response times.

It is also the level of access to development licenses.

EPP Elite

• Partners who strategically commit and have a special commitment to the services, technologies, and solutions provided by Becolve Digital.
• Partners who require maximum standards of service, quality, and customer service, and who normally manage the critical systems of reference end users. It is also the level of access to advanced development licenses.

All Partners who have obtained the ELITE qualification may be eligible for the Infrastructure Qualified and Industry Qualified qualifications. These qualifications accredit the Partner’s expertise and know-how thanks to the projects carried out in both industry and infrastructure.

Finally, we would like to tell you about the great novelty of the EXPERT PARTNER PROGRAM: the appearance of the “Specializations”.

EXPERT PARTNER PROGRAM Specializations

The objective of the Specializations is to empower our Partners by enabling them to acquire the knowledge and experience necessary to develop their business in a more global environment within a Digital Transformation project.

For those Partners who have an EPP Professional level or higher, there will be the possibility of obtaining Specialization certifications that are linked to our Reference Architecture:

• Be Connected – Solutions for complete connectivity of all IT-OT systems, regardless of protocol and medium
• Be Always Ready – Solutions to guarantee fault tolerance of the computing and communications infrastructure, as well as its monitoring and recovery.
• Be Unified – Solutions aimed at unifying and modeling assets and operations, and drive real-time decision making by combining visualization and control.
• Be Wise – Solutions for the unified exploitation of data and its transformation into useful, contextualized information
• Be Optimal – Solutions aimed at the exploitation of unified data to optimize operations, efficiency, and quality in the management of industrial plants and infrastructures.
• Be Reliable – Solutions aimed at guaranteeing the reliability, availability, and life cycle management of assets and control systems.
• Be Everywhere – Solutions designed for the remote exploitation of process information, from anywhere in the world.
