Wonderware Iberia Will be at the Smart Port Forum Online Conference.

Organized by Executive Forum and the Spanish Association of Transports, the Smart Port Forum celebrates its third edition on October 7. Wonderare Iberia is once again a protagonist and will participate through David Camacho, Solutions Technical Engineer, and Alfonso Iglesias, Area Manager, who will develop the presentation “Smart Port Platform in Real Time for the integration of security systems (PSIM)”. You can follow it upon prior registration at the event on October 7 from 11:30 to 11:45.

The content of the presentation will focus on one of the areas of port management: The physical security of the port (PSIM): The objective of the same is to show that our solution for ports implemented from the Unified Control Center is the most complete for security control centers, since the physical security of the facilities is managed centrally and all security equipment is integrated into a single system.

Aspects such as these will be addressed:

• Integration of physical security systems.
• Definition of operation plans and scenarios.
• Integration with computer-aided dispatching systems.

In short, we want to convey that the Port industry can benefit from the experience acquired by the Airport industry, which is already consolidated and is based on the integration of all its systems in a Unified Control Center. The fundamental characteristic of the Unified Control Center is that it is an open platform, of those that can be found in the industrial technological market, where SCADA, IOT and business applications converge, which allows the normalization and standardization of all the information from when it is collected from the “Edge”, until its exploitation in the plant and the consultation of important information safely from the cloud.
