The Milesight CT103-868M is a smart current transformer designed for industrial and commercial applications that measures RMS alternating currents up to 250 A with high precision thanks to a sampling frequency of up to 3.3 kHz. Its installation is non-invasive using a split-core clamp that allows the sensor to be placed without interrupting the circuit and is self-powered from the measured conductor itself, eliminating the need for batteries or external power while automatically calculating the accumulated consumption in ampere-hours at one-second intervals to offer real-time analysis of energy use. It includes LED indicators to show the operating status and alerts when predefined thresholds are exceeded, allows configuration from remote devices via interfaces such as USB-C or LoRaWAN® commands, and communicates data via LoRaWAN networks (compatible with standard gateways) with wide range, which facilitates direct integration with energy management or IoT platforms without additional infrastructure.
