The automation system based on PLC and SCADA InTouch 9.5 controls the potato admission, cleaning, weighing, peeling, and selection system. It also controls the transport process to the next production stage. The system allows manual and automatic operation of the system, management of monitoring and alarms.
Wonderware Solutions: InTouch
The objective of the project is to control the dosage of chemical products in the appropriate concentration for the preparation of paper with the appropriate quality. The control architecture consists of a PLC controlling a network of variable speed dosing pump drives supervised by a PC with InTouch scada system.

TELSTAR Projects is an engineering and design company based in Madrid focused on the pharmaceutical sector. In this project, the end customer is a pharmaceutical company based in Bangladesh. TPro, as the main contractor, supplies the turnkey project. HEXA Ingenieros has carried out the control engineering work for the processes involved in said plant.
