Ingeniería y Consultoría para el Control Automático (ICCA) is a dynamic company focused on the development of advanced technology projects oriented to the control engineering of industrial processes and systems integration.
The successes accumulated over the years of experience of the company are due to ICCA's ability to understand the expectations of its customers and translate them as requirements to be followed in the execution of the project.
The ICCA staff is largely composed of Industrial, Computer and Telecommunications Engineers specialized in the development and implementation of hardware and software solutions. A team of professionals more than prepared to offer customized solutions for different business areas. To highlight:
- In the transport area, establishment of supervision and control systems for road traffic and tunnel works, bus stations and intercity transport of the Community of Madrid. The implementation of traveler information tools in various transport consortiums stands out. The solution allows to monitor more than 2 million daily trips.
- Regarding the energy sector, ICCA has carried out control systems in hydroelectric plants and photovoltaic parks. In addition, it has developed remote control tools and methods based on the IEC101, IEC104, IEC61850, DNP3 standards. It is one of the nationally approved suppliers for the supply of substation control units in one of the largest electricity companies in the country.
- With regard to facilities and security, the projects of intrusion detection in photovoltaic parks, management and control of facilities (air conditioning, PCI, ventilation, etc.) in building and civil works, and standardization and integration of CCTV systems for car parks and public facilities in general stand out.
The company provides end-to-end capacity that allows managing the entire production chain and OT-IT environments.

Putting into production the new control and management system of the Rialb dam and the L'Albagés reservoir. The actions carried out are the homogenization of the control in the canal maneuver booths, the integration of the remote stations and the reservation of water channels and publication of available m3 of the irrigation community. The solution includes pumping, ventilation, climate, electrical energy, UPS systems, as well as the sending of alarms via SMS and emails.
AVEVA Solutions: AVEVA InTouch HMI
Automated management of five public transport interchanges. The solution allows the coordination of more than 150 docks, the supervision and control of lighting, ventilation, air conditioning and interconnection tunnels; and the presence of communication networks, computer equipment and a user service center. In addition, it improves fire detection and emergency actions, and general security. The integration of traffic and access control systems, and the installation of sustainable luminaires, are noteworthy.
AVEVA Solutions: AVEVA System Platform
Implementation and maintenance of the SCADA system of the Control Tower. The main actors involved in the project are integral security and CCTV, the integration of detection of fire systems, the visualization and management of electricity, climate and ventilation systems; the implementation of cross-cutting work logics based on operating conditions, and the automatic resolution of incidents by sending alarms via SMS and emails to the corresponding team.
