Development and deployment of an MES system focused on production control, which monitors and documents plant management. Data is being captured and stored through AVEVA solutions and integrations carried out by Intermark of machines from 7 production plants.
The project has culminated in the creation of an environment of truthful data from the production environment that allows the exchange and enhancement of information both for the daily management of operations and for their supervision and optimization.
AVEVA Solutions: AVEVA MES/MOM
Supply, assembly, and commissioning of equipment and licenses for the update of the control system of "La Fábrica de la Luz. Museo de la Energía" in Ponferrada, León.
Update to AVEVA System Platform + InTouch of applications and data from Wonderware IAS 3.1 –InTouch 10.1 version. As a complement to the services and hardware supplied, the updated application has been deployed in virtualized environments to facilitate operation and maintenance. All this has been complemented with training at the administration and operator level for Ciuden users.
