Wonderware Solutions: System Platform
The main objectives of the project are to replace the hardware and software of the current DCS system and to implement a new control platform based on Wonderware and M580 from Schneider Electric.
Sipro Ingeniería is responsible for the automation of the sauce manufacturing process with various technologies, including Wonderware.
The system automatically doses the ingredients, mixes, and sends the bottled product according to a dynamic recipe and complying with ISA88 regulations and standards.
The tasks of technical specifications of the control system, Automation Software, and Batch and Recipe Management System are performed.
