Aspects that make them unique
Initially, the LKRemote family of solutions was designed for the control of unattended facilities with difficult access or in environments with very demanding environmental conditions. However, the versatility in its structure and power has allowed them to expand, over time, to other fields:
Communication in multiple protocols
Today, these remotes are capable of communicating up to 40 protocols, such as Modbus (master/slave, RTU/TCP/ASCII), DNP 3.0, IEC 60870-5101/104, OPC UA, MQTT(S), Siemens ISO-on-TCP, Allen Bradley DF1 & EtherNET/IP or IEC-61850 (MMS).
Uncomplicated programming
In addition, they can be easily programmed with ladder diagrams (LD), as well as add or import libraries programmed in Basic or C.
Event storage
On the other hand, LKRemotes allow you to store events, either chronologically, with a time stamp in each case, or through tables that show events at fixed regular intervals.
Redundancy between modems
A logical feature if one considers the probable remoteness of the environment where they are located. The most unattended facilities need to find a way to ensure that the operation of the remotes is always correct. Faced with this, the LKRemotes have redundant cards, both CPU and power.
Alarm sending
They can also send alerts by SMS to an assigned telephone, and there is more: by having redundancy, if the remote does not receive a confirmation of receipt of an alarm, it will send the message again through another modem.
Web server: your data in one click
Thanks to its web server functionalities, any operator with the necessary permissions can view the published information.
