Orange Espagne S.A.U. is the Spanish subsidiary of the French multinational company Orange. The operator uses the commercial brand «Orange», through which it offers telephone, internet, radio, television, and broadcasting of audiovisual and interactive content services in Spain.
The multinational has 60 data center facilities (Data Processing Center) in Spain and required the services of Becolve Digital (formerly Logitek) for the renovation of the monitoring and alert management infrastructure of all these centers.
Two technicians were involved in this project for the configuration of the equipment and the new supervision software, who took into account the client’s needs regarding communications and alerts. Today, in addition, another team of technicians is in charge of supervising the facilities from the control room, based on the management of the data received to process incidents and be able to notify maintenance.
Now, Orange Spain has an open solution that acts as a standard for new facilities and that allows them to reach the degree of independence they needed.
