Ensure solid communications

Communication standards allow interoperability between machines and different plant systems. Therefore, it is essential to apply the industrial standard OPC, but IoT protocols such as REST and MQTT must also be taken into account.

Add an interface to the equation

Today, it is not about having an HMI, but about having software independent of the PLC that allows logic to be applied, and that, in turn, has the capacity to perform advanced calculations. In addition, it must be able to integrate with the other plant systems.

Provide reliable connectivity

As a prior step to data analysis, there is access to the machines. A connectivity that meets the client’s restrictions and does not jeopardize the rest of the process.

Apply data analysis

Once the data is available, it must be stored and transferred to calculation and mining tools capable of showing the relevant information to the appropriate person.
