Vertical Modules for 360º Asset Management

Reduction of breakdowns, compliance with regulations, sustainability objectives and growth are some of the factors that make asset management a mandatory task for companies today. Something that is not always easy: most companies have such particular needs that finding the right solution is almost a labyrinth without exit. Beyond production or general services, many of them have assets that require specific functionalities for their management.

IFS Ultimo, our EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) software, has four specialized and complementary vertical modules, prepared to cover the entire life cycle of assets related to vehicle fleets, IT, medical technology and/or infrastructures:

Asset Management Module for Vehicle Fleets

To begin with, this module keeps users updated 24/7 on activities related to the vehicle fleet: MOT, maintenance, damages and breakdowns, invoicing, control, stock and purchase management, etc. In addition, it has fleet management functionalities such as contract and invoicing management, claims, refueling or insurance.

By grouping all these processes on a single platform, it enables data-driven decision making, thanks to existing reports and dashboards.

IT Asset Management Module

As for IT, IFS Ultimo provides control of all activities associated with the department, with multiple functionalities for configuring workstations, software, IP addresses or MAC addresses, among others. From this module, all incidents and problems related to these assets are regulated.

On the other hand, it allows change and service requests to be processed quickly. In addition, it has a Knowledge Tree with which users can easily resolve minor incidents or follow the established procedures to request any action from the IT department.

Medical Technology Asset Management Module

The healthcare industry has very strict safety requirements, something for which the Medical Technology module is of great help. A module that, beyond putting risk management at the core, easily involves medical personnel and those responsible in the maintenance process: once they have obtained the appropriate training, they can assign all responsibilities and activities.

Thus, this module manages risk and maintenance classifications, as well as the execution of periodic (calibrations, inspections, revisions…) and corrective maintenance. It also facilitates the management and traceability of the “delivery” and “acceptance” of medical instruments.

Infrastructure Asset Management Module

IFS Ultimo reserves an exclusive space for the management of assets in infrastructures with the Infra Asset Management. This facilitates the management and monitoring of performance contracts or service level agreements (SLAs), as well as the visualization in GIS plans of assets and maintenance activities. In this way, it contributes to the optimization of costs, efficient planning of activities, reduction of blockages, improvement of conditions and increase of the useful life of infrastructure objects.
