New Expert Partner Program

The Becolve Digital Certification Program aims to provide the End User with the guarantee of qualified Partners, so that they can obtain the greatest profitability and functionality in their projects.
Through certification, two aspects of the Partner Companies are evaluated: the Individual Training of the personnel and the experience of the company in the implementation of projects based on Becolve Digital’s technological solutions.

3 levels

For whom?

Partners who develop projects through Becolve solutions sporadically.
Partners highly specialized in carrying out Edge projects (AVEVA Edge, Intouch) such as OEMs, small BMS, or installations, etc.

AVEVA Level: Edge
Grants access to the license to develop applications in AVEVA Edge and Intouch HML.

For whom?

Partners who develop projects through Becolve solutions regularly, with solutions from various areas and lines of business.
Partners who require a higher level of service, access to a knowledge base of Becolve solutions, and reduced support response times.
Level of access to "AVEVA Development Studio Consignment License" development licenses.

AVEVA Level: Registered
Grants access to the "Development Studio Consigment" development license.

For whom?

Partners who strategically commit, obtain official certifications, and have a special commitment to the services, technologies, and solutions provided by Becolve.
Partners who require maximum standards of service, quality, and customer care, and who typically manage the critical systems of reference end users.
It is the level of access to Becolve Digital's XPERT specializations and the technologies with which it works. Partners are certified by passing rigorous exams, both in technological knowledge and product knowledge.
It is the level necessary to obtain the category of “Certified System Integrator” in any technology provided by Becolve (AVEVA, ULTIMO, etc.).

Grants access to the “Development Studio” development license and the option to access the “Advanced Development Studio” development license.

Is there an exam?

Yes, it is called "Xpeert Skill Test". Its content is broader than its recommended training courses, and there is one per "Specialization". See the complete EPP document.

Configure and diagnose communication through platforms based on OPC technology and platforms for protocols associated with the Internet of Things (IoT).

Provides the assistant with knowledge related to the fundamental concepts of Cybersecurity, attacks and vulnerabilities in SCADA environments.

Acquire the necessary knowledge to improve the visualization and navigation of spatial or geographic data in a geographic information system (GIS).

Learn to use Application Server technology to connect to field devices, process data, run scripts, handle alarms, and historize alarms and events.

Designed to provide the assistant with the fundamental concepts and characteristics of Operations Management Interface (OMI).

Provides the assistant with the necessary knowledge about InTouch to develop a Human-Machine Interface (HMI).

Defines the production and execution model and manages the list of materials, operations and inventory. Creates and executes work orders that comply with production rules. Implements MES functionalities.

Learn to manage machine states to monitor and store machine efficiency. Generates status and downtime reports for machine, line and area. Get efficiency indicators.

Acquire the necessary knowledge for online quality management, execution of sampling plans and visualization of samples in SPC-type graphs.

This card describes what this training consists of with plain text and also provides course data such as hours, difficulty, theoretical practical value… all very visual.

Models and automates those batch process applications that require flexibility, from the simplest to the most complex, according to the ISA88 flexible batch process standards.

Provides the basic knowledge necessary for the use of the Ultimo EAM platform and for the implementation of projects that do not require advanced configuration.

Provides advanced knowledge for the use of the workflow designer, the tool available within the development license to modify or add business logic.

Why?

The “Specializations” will grant greater skills and capabilities to the Partner who obtains them, in addition to greater visibility and recognition.

What is it?

They are exams that allow obtaining a “Specialty”.
To obtain some specialties, more than one Xpert Skill test (exam) is necessary.
Each Partner must have a minimum number of certified people in each Xpert Skill test; see details in the requirements table. It is possible for the same person to pass more than one exam.
Once the test is passed, the “Xpert Skill” is attached to the person who passed it and to the partner they are part of at that time.

Expert in AVEVA solutions that unify and model the monitoring and control layer.

Requirements:

1. Complete the EPP file “Project Success Story”, for solutions implemented using AVEVA System Platform, during the last two years.

Xpert Skill Tests:

MES MOM Xpert

Expert in MES MOM solutions to optimize operations, efficiency, and quality in the management of industrial plants.

Expert in Enterprise Asset Management solutions to ensure the reliability, availability and life cycle management of assets.

COMM&IOT Xpert

The great novelty of the new Partner Program is the appearance of the “XPERT Specializations”. These Specializations (certifications) are only available to Partners who have the ELITE level, and the objective is to accredit their expertise and know-how in the different technological areas of Becolve Digital.

Adhesion to the Expert Partner Program

Program Renewal

The programs are renewed by paying Becolve Digital the Annual Renewal fee corresponding to their Partner Level.

Program Registration

The program registration is only paid the first year, as long as the Partner renews the program annually before its expiration date.

Program Duration

The program has a minimum validity of one year from its registration or renewal date.

Individual Certification

It certifies individuals and is focused on guaranteeing that developers know in depth all the Becolve Digital solutions in which they are certified. This qualification is obtained after passing specific exams for each solution. The certification ceases to be valid with the appearance of a new version. The certified person has a period of 6 months to revalidate their certification.

Procedure

The Individual Certification of the Becolve Digital EPP program is obtained free of charge, by passing exams convened monthly and which will be held at the Becolve Digital offices in Barcelona, Madrid, and Derio – Bizkaia.

The calendar of the different calls is available in the Partner Program that you will find right here.
There is the possibility of taking the On-Demand exams, with all the examiner’s expenses being borne by the client.
The candidate must be employed by a company with an EPP Program in force and request registration from Becolve Digital.
Prior to the exam, the interested party must complete a series of information that can be downloaded from here.

Company Certification

It certifies partner companies. It is focused on guaranteeing that the company has accredited personnel, certified (individually) and with experience in the Becolve Digital solutions. To achieve the Company Certification, it must have the individually certified personnel required according to the level, in addition, the Partner must have accredited experience in the use of the Becolve Digital Solutions to be certified.

This experience is evaluated:

Completing the EPP “Methodology and Project Management” form.

To obtain the Company Certification, only the Individual Certifications obtained by people while they are part of the company will be valid.

Obtaining Company Certifications implies assuming the following responsibilities:

Notify Becolve Digital of any change in the status of its Certified employees. Failure to notify may result in loss of Certification.
Be aware of the policies of the EPP program and other related programs.
Maintain Individual Certifications in the latest version of the product, or its previous version.

Individual Preparation for Obtaining ELITE Certification

Becolve Digital has a Training service based on scheduled courses and customized courses available to its clients. You can consult the complete training offer by accessing the “Training” section on our website.

The training program is based on credits that the Partner can use freely to enroll in the courses that best suit their needs.

1 credit = 1 day of training

Training in Becolve Digital technology covers the range of solutions necessary to obtain Individual Certification. Attending a course is not essential to be able to take the Certification exams required by the Partner category, but it is advisable, except for MES/MOM solutions that have an exclusive consideration, with prior training being mandatory to obtain Individual Certification.

To maintain up-to-date knowledge, ELITE Partners must consume the training credits included annually in their program, unless justified.

There is the possibility of taking the On-Demand exams, with all the examiner’s expenses being borne by the client.
The candidate must be employed by a company with an EPP Contract (CEEPP) in force and request registration from Becolve Digital.
Prior to the exam, the interested party must complete a series of forms that can be downloaded by accessing www.becolve.com.
The candidate must use their laptop with the necessary requirements to take the exams. Becolve Digital offers a computer rental service.
To obtain the Company Certification (CEEPP), only the Individual Certifications (CIEPP) obtained by people while they are part of the company will be valid. However, people who have obtained an Individual Certification (CIEPP) and change companies will continue to have access to technical support, provided that the new company is subscribed to the EPP Program.

Company Certification (CEEPP)

It certifies partner companies. It is focused on guaranteeing that the company has accredited personnel, certified (individually) and with experience in Becolve Digital solutions. To achieve the ELITE Company Certification, it must have the individually certified personnel required according to the level, in addition, the Partner must have accredited experience in the use of the Becolve Digital Solutions to be certified.

This experience is evaluated:

Completing the EPP “Methodology and Project Management” form.
Completing the EPP “Project Success Story” form, for solutions implemented using System Platform – Application Server, during the last two years.

To obtain the CEEPP Certification, only the Individual Certifications (CIEPP) obtained by people while they are part of the company will be valid.

Obtaining Company Certifications implies assuming the following responsibilities:
